Treatment at The Mental Health Collective integrates both mental and physical restoration. The treatment schedule follows the natural rise and fall of energy that occurs in the body throughout the day. Clients develop a personalized practice of self-care by taking small, self-compassionate steps to increase stamina for the mental, physical, and emotional challenges that inevitably arise in daily living.
Fostering self-awareness enables clients the freedom to explore their own emotions, thoughts and experiences. Time for reflection and self-examination nurtures emotional regulation and ensures the acceptance and ritual of continued wellbeing.
