STAFF PSYCHOLOGIST
The Clinical Psychologist (“Staff Psychologist”) at The Mental Health Collective is a licensed psychologist (supervision toward licensure available with applicable experience) whose primary role is to engage with and support the client community. Our program is staffed with seasoned clinicians utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to diagnose and treat adults 18+ facing mental health challenges. We provide neurobiology-informed, outcome-driven, clinical care in a community-based setting.
LICENSED THERAPIST
The Collectivecis seeking Licensed Therapists to conduct individual therapy, group therapy, and/or family therapy sessions. The Collective is an integrative network of Doctoral and Master’s level clinicians with extensive experience in evidence-based care across several varying therapeutic modalities and approaches. To accomplish this, The Collective has built professional relationships with the highest quality providers and practitioners in the industry, so clients truly can receive treatment and care from the providers most equipped to address each individual’s specific needs. - Monday – Friday; approximately 8 – 20 hours per week
- Therapists will work on a collaborative team that includes psychiatry, clinical care coordination, program management, dieticians, coaches, individual and family therapists, and additional adjunct providers.
Mental Health Technician – Full Time
The Mental Health Technician (MHT) is responsible for establishing and maintaining a therapeutic environment with clients and facilitates the maintenance of a therapeutic environment by providing supportive services to individuals with mental health challenges in a 24-hour clinic and residential setting. Mental Health Technicians are responsible for documenting services provided in the resident’s electronic health record and facility log, providing crisis intervention services as needed, transporting residents and maintaining the upkeep and operations of facilities. Must have a valid drivers license.
(OVERNIGHT) Mental Health Technician

CHEF
We are currently looking to hire a part-time Chef that provides personal meal preparation in one of our supportive living houses. The Chef will be responsible for planning and prepping dinners throughout the week; completing grocery shopping for the house; and knowledge of dietary restrictions including, but not limited to, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, kosher, etc.
Credentials and Qualifications:
Current Food Handler Certification, Current CPR/First Aid Certification, Current Employee Health Screening and PPD Skin Test.

We are currently looking to hire part-time/contracted therapists to conduct individual therapy, group therapy, and/or family therapy sessions. Individual therapists typically meet with their clients twice per week. Group therapists have the opportunity to lead a wide range of group topics, including Self-Compassion, Shame/Guilt/Anger, Developmental Trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Building Resiliency.
SEEKING THERAPISTS WHO SPECIALIZE IN TREATING ADULTS WITH BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER.

Clinical Care Coordinator
Our Clinical Care Coordinator assists with the development of clinical programming, assesses fitness for programming, and is responsible for individualizing treatment based on each client’s needs. This role acts as a primary point of contact for clients enrolled in the treatment program. This position is tasked with the development and oversight of a client’s overall treatment planning, and work with an average caseload of 8-10 clients. The Clinical Care Coordinator will provide case management throughout the course of treatment, which includes thorough discharge planning at treatment completion. As the primary point of contact, the Clinical Care Coordinator will communicate and interact with families and referrers on a regular basis, and recommended additional therapies that are clinically indicated (e.g., family, couples, trauma, 12-Step).
It is expected that the Clinical Care Coordinator will have the skills to de-escalate patients through ad hoc 1:1 interaction, as needed. The Clinical Care Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations to facilitate transfer to a higher level of care if directed by the Clinical Director, Medical Director, or Program Director. The Program Therapist, in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations, will maintain positive relationships with various treatment facilities that may provide referrals. This may require proactive outreach to such facilities in support of the marketing directives set up by the Clinical Director, Medical Director, Program Director, and the marketing team.
Staff Psychiatrist
The Psychiatrist provides leadership, coordination and medical oversight/management in conjunction with the clinical team of a well-established and highly regarded primary mental health treatment center. The Psychiatrist is responsible for diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders, usually through medication.
Their duties include studying mood, personality and behavioral disorders, discussing symptoms with patients and the treatment team to determine a diagnosis and prescribing medication to correct chemical imbalances in the patient’s brain. The Psychiatrist is tasked with ensuring all quality standards are achieved and that psychiatric care is provided according to all company policies and procedures and applicable accreditation standards and state and federal regulations.
Behavioral Health Care Nurse, LVN
The nurse position at the Mental Health Collective is responsible for the support of the medical director, coordination of the department, staff training, and direct client care.
Credentials and Qualifications:
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of California, Current CPR/First Aid Certification, Current Employee Health Screening and PPD Skin Test, Ability to de-escalate agitated clients, Strong oral and written and interpersonal skills, Strong Organizational and Documentation Skills, 1 year nursing experience in a behavioral health care facility.
