The Collective Treatment Programs are excited to announce the hiring of Nancy Koplow, LCSW, as Vice President of Clinical Outreach. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and addiction treatment field, Nancy brings a deep level of knowledge and expertise to clinically support The Collective’s outreach efforts.
Nancy Koplow brings a rare blend of high-level clinical expertise and strategic outreach leadership. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, she began her career as a therapist. Her progression from clinician to Assistant Clinical Director provided her with a foundational understanding of the complex emotional and logistical hurdles families face when navigating the healthcare system.
Prior to joining The Collective, Koplow served as Director of Marketing for a nationally recognized trauma and addiction program for ten years. Most recently, she held the role of Vice President of Clinical Outreach for a residential program, where she was instrumental in establishing its national footprint.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nancy to The Collective team,” shares Ryan Franke, CEO of The Collective Treatment Programs. “Nancy’s reputation in this field precedes her; she possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex clinical needs and the practicalities of patient placement. Her deep commitment to integrity and high-quality care aligns perfectly with our mission, and I am incredibly optimistic about the impact her clinical insight and collaborative spirit will have on our organization and the families we serve.”
In her new role, Koplow will focus on:
- Strengthening Referral Partnerships: Cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
- Clinical Guidance: Utilizing her LCSW background to help families and providers assess complex cases and identify the appropriate levels of care.
Nancy is widely recognized for her ability to navigate challenging cases with empathy and precision. Her career is a testament to her dedication to fostering a collaborative behavioral health community where quality of care remains the top priority. The Mental Health Collective and The Neurodivergent Collective welcome Nancy’s expertise and vision, knowing she will initiate positive, long-lasting effects within the mental health community.
